I attended a casual birthday celebration for my uncle and the atmosphere was very nice. It was a small gathering for family and friends. Everything was very nice and clean. We really had a good time.
Extremely professional, helpful and friendly welcome from Nicholas, which makes a difference to the quality of the stay. The hotel staff at the restaurant has also been very nice and it's good to be able to order food cooked on-premise. Spacious rooms
It was an absolute pleasure to stay here ! After a 15 hour road trip from Florida it was a relief to have such phenomenal staff ! Nicolas took care of our ENTIRE group of over 20 every night ! He deserves a raise !
I travel often and use Marriott hotels exclusively for business. The level of service has always been great and when a person goes beyond that I feel they should be noticed. Nicholas is just this person, as he went above and beyond expectations. I had to make reservations that were out of the ordinary and he patiently took the time to provide options and make sure everything was set up as needed. If I had the option to give him stars, it would be 5+. The level of service he provided sets the bar high for others to follow. Nicholas, thank you for all your help!
Five stars for Nicolas! He was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. When I needed to extend my reservation last minute during a busy time, he worked his magic and found a way to keep me accommodated even though the hotel seemed full. exceptional customer service!
Nicolas and Jaden were amazing helped me out so much. What a great experience after a long road trip to get to Houston definitely will stay here every time. I’m in Spring. Jiio was great at the bistro.
Stayed here last minute and say less , the experience was wonderful !!! Jessica , Hotel receptionist was amazing , polite and delivered excellent customer service 100%. We decided to stay an extra day and she took care of everything from adjusting the dates to making sure we didn’t have to switch rooms ! I’ll definitely stay here again no doubt
